Currently online

Assistant Marketing Manager with 3+ years across fintech, real estate, interiors, healthcare, hospitality and sustainability.

I build the brand, write the process, run the ads, and step in front of the camera when the reel needs it.

Basically, I like figuring out why people click.

01 · Capabilities

So, what do I actually do?

A little bit of everything. But strategically.

01

Performance

Make the numbers move.

Meta Ads · Lead Generation · A/B Testing · Conversion Tracking · UTM Tracking · GA4

I plan, launch, optimise and measure campaigns, then use the data to decide what happens next.

Data→Decision→Next move

02

Content

Make people stop scrolling.

Social Strategy · Short-form Video · Content Planning · Scripts · On-camera Content

From the hook to the final frame, I build content around what makes people stop, watch and act.

Hook→Attention→Action

03

Brand

Make people remember.

Brand Building · Campaigns · Creative Direction · Digital Presence

I like building brands from the ground up, not just making them look good, but giving the marketing a system behind it.

Idea→Identity→Experience

04

Growth

Make it compound.

SEO · Organic Growth · Lead Funnels · CRM · Reporting

Because good marketing shouldn't end at impressions. I connect content, campaigns, websites and lead journeys to the bigger picture.

Traffic→Leads→Growth

02 · Work

Things I've made people notice.

From first logo direction to live lead pipeline, here's what I owned.

Not just pretty slides. Actual work.

Kosha Spaces

Kosha Spaces reel grid showing top-performing reels

Kosha Spaces page walkthrough: feed design, pillars and cadence.

  1. 01

    The brief

Launch a new coworking and interiors brand with no existing audience, no website and no marketing system.

  2. 02

    The problem

Interior content usually looks the same: pretty rooms, no reason to keep watching.

  3. 03

    The idea

Treat the space itself as the product and the walkthrough as the story.

  4. 04

    The hook

Open on the detail people don't expect, then reveal the full space.

  5. 05

    The execution

Brand direction, website, content pillars, posting cadence, boosted creatives, lead follow-up and sales coordination, all owned in-house.

  6. 06

    Okay, but did it work?

Top reel at 362K views, with 223K and 122K behind it; 285.9K views and 170.8K reach on boosted posts and a steady flow of message conversations.

  7. 07

    What I learned

A strong first two seconds does more for reach than a bigger budget.

Koshish Sustainable Solutions · Content series

Bio Boss, “Caught Red-Handed”

Bio Boss “Caught Red-Handed” campaign reel grid on the Koshish India profile
  1. 01

    The brief

Make sustainability content that people actually watch, for a B2B and B2C sustainability page.

  2. 02

    The problem

Awareness content gets scrolled past because it lectures instead of entertaining.

  3. 03

    The idea

A recurring character who catches people mid-bad-habit: a suspense format instead of a PSA.

  4. 04

    The hook

The everyday waste moment everyone recognises, framed as getting caught.

  5. 05

    The execution

A nine-episode run with one consistent creative system, one hook per episode, released as a series rather than one-offs.

  6. 06

    Okay, but did it work?

Top episode at 30.5K views and a consistent returning audience for the page.

  7. 07

    What I learned

Format beats frequency. A repeatable idea compounds; scattered posts don't.

05 · On screen

You'll hire a marketer.
You'll get your personal influencer.

I don't just build the strategy. I can be the face, voice and creative execution behind it too.

Pooja Negi filming content on her phone
Concept

On camera
Yes, I'll get in front of the camera.

Updated September 2026

  • A campaign I loved

Long-running character-led series on brand pages

    Why does this work?

One recurring idea does the recognition work, so every new episode starts with an audience instead of from zero.

  • A hook I'd steal

Open on the objection, not the offer

    Why does this work?

Saying the thing the viewer is already thinking buys you the next three seconds.

  • An ad that actually made me click

A screenshot of the result, used as the creative

    Why does this work?

Proof reads faster than a claim, and it survives being seen at thumbnail size.

  • A trend I'm watching

Search behaviour moving into social and AI answers

    Why does this work?

If people ask a chat window or a reel caption instead of a search bar, the content has to be findable there too.

  • A landing page I bookmarked

One promise above the fold, proof immediately under it

    Why does this work?

It answers 'what is this' and 'should I believe you' before any scrolling is required.

  • A brand doing social right

Brands that reply like a person, not a helpdesk

    Why does this work?

The comment section becomes the content, and reach comes free with it.

Not copying. Observing.

07 · Trend radar

What's on my radar?

A working list, not a prediction. It changes as the platforms do.

AI search

Why it's interesting

People increasingly get an answer instead of a list of links.

How I'd use it

Write content that answers the actual question cleanly, so it can be quoted rather than just ranked.

Sep 2026

Creator-led marketing

Why it's interesting

A face carries trust that a logo cannot.

How I'd use it

Pair brand pages with a consistent on-camera presence, often mine.

Sep 2026

Social SEO

Why it's interesting

Captions, on-screen text and keywords now decide reach inside the apps.

How I'd use it

Treat every reel like a page: intent-led caption, keyword in the first line.

Sep 2026

UGC

Why it's interesting

Unpolished still outperforms polished in feed.

How I'd use it

Keep a low-production creative lane running next to the studio work.

Sep 2026

Performance creative

Why it's interesting

Creative is the biggest lever left inside ad accounts.

How I'd use it

Test hooks and openings as variables, not whole ads.

Sep 2026

Meme culture

Why it's interesting

Fast cultural references buy attention cheaply, when the brand can carry them.

How I'd use it

Use sparingly, and only where the brand voice already sounds human.

Sep 2026

Short-form video

Why it's interesting

Still the cheapest route to reach for a new brand.

How I'd use it

Build series formats rather than one-off posts.

Sep 2026

Personal branding

Why it's interesting

Founders and teams outperform brand handles on reach.

How I'd use it

Put people in the content plan, not just the product.

Sep 2026

AI workflows

Why it's interesting

Research, drafts and variants get faster; judgement still doesn't.

How I'd use it

Use AI for volume and speed, keep the strategy and the final call human.

10 · About

Behind the campaigns.

I like marketing that feels human.

The kind that makes you stop scrolling, makes you curious enough to click, or makes you remember a brand five minutes later.

I've worked across fintech, real estate, interiors, healthcare, hospitality, sustainability and D2C, which basically taught me that there's no single formula for good marketing.

Sometimes it's a great hook. Sometimes it's the numbers. Sometimes it's a better process. And sometimes it's knowing exactly when to throw the plan out and try something completely different.

I like being close to the whole journey: idea → content → campaign → lead → result.

Curious
I like figuring out why something works.
Hands-on
Strategy is great. I also like actually making things happen.
Internet-obsessed
Trends, creators, memes, campaigns. I'm watching.
Data-aware
Gut feeling starts the conversation. Data gets the final word.
Always testing
Because “we've always done it this way” is rarely a strategy.

Marketing changes fast. I'd rather keep learning than pretend I've figured it all out.
